About

In-Home Respite Care is the provision of appropriate, temporary, substitute care or supervision of functionally impaired older people that enables the primary family caregiver to continue to provide care for the older person. Respite care workers can help with household chores, such as cleaning and laundry. Other tasks include planning and preparing meals and personal care, such as dressing, bathing, grooming and following special diets.

Adult Day Services include supervision, social activities, meals, and light recreation for frail older individuals.
