About

Transporting senior adults to and from locations in the community for the purpose of acquiring or receiving services, to participate in activities, or attend events. Transportation services reduce isolation and promote successful independent living.

Transportation to senior centers and senior meal sites is usually arranged by each senior center.

Other transportation providers are listed by county in our Aging and Disability Resource Guide.

Rides Plus Call Center referral program to medical appointments.

Sometimes when frail senior adults are approved for the homemaker program, their homemaker will transport them to approved destinations. But this is not always the case.
