Resources For Caregivers in Southern Illinois
Our regular caregiver services are respite, legal, information and assistance, outreach, case-management, and the Extended Family Program through DCFS.
We will be adding T-Care and Trualta in the fall.
Memory Café in Carterville, IL
Information and assistance and Outreach by senior center staff to answer questions about resources and benefits to assist with the Caregiver role.
Case-Management by Shawnee Alliance Care Coordinators who provide a free assessment of needs and link to appropriate resources.
Respite Care-support with an in-home worker or Adult Day service to provide a break to the Caregiver (only for caregivers of older adults)
Support Groups-call for updated schedule.
Trualta-coming soon! Web-based support for caregivers. 24 hour access to skills training and support.
