Legal Assistance helps senior adults, their caregivers, families raising the children of their relatives, and older veterans with legal issues, such as wills, living wills, and durable powers of attorney. Also, help is available for suspected cases of abuse or neglect, financial exploitation, rights of residents in nursing facilities, and custody or guardianship issues.
